People often ask me how I’m “aging backward.” Today, my skin and hair feel healthier than they did in my 30s, but the transformation began during one of the most difficult moments of my life.

After scattering my father’s ashes, I travelled to an Ayurvedic retreat in the foothills of the Himalayas. At the time, my skin was sensitive, red and reactive, while changes around my hairline had begun to affect how I felt about myself. Ayurveda invited me to look beyond individual symptoms and understand the connection between my skin, scalp, daily rituals and overall well-being.

I began simplifying my routine and choosing ingredients more intentionally. As my skin became visibly calmer and my hair began to feel stronger, I realized that ancient wisdom did not need to compete with modern science. The most thoughtful approach could bring the two together.

That belief became Chasma: modern Ayurvedic care for the scalp, hair and skin. Our formulas pair time-honoured botanicals with proven modern actives to create effective, sensorial rituals personalized to your nature and made for everyday life.

Today, I am deepening that commitment through my training as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Practitioner. My goal is not to ask you to choose between tradition and modern beauty, but to offer a more thoughtful way to experience both.
