SHIPPING POLICY

Chasma Skin currently ships within Canada and to select international destinations.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. Processing may take slightly longer during product launches, promotions and holiday periods.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery estimates begin from the shipment date and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $50 CAD or more, before taxes and after discounts.

Shipping rates for orders under $100 CAD are calculated at checkout. Standard delivery generally takes 2–8 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $100 CAD or more, before taxes and after discounts.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order size and selected shipping service. Delivery generally takes 7–10 business days after processing.

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, brokerage fees or import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping availability and rates are displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing.

Customers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, brokerage charges and import fees. Chasma Skin cannot guarantee international delivery dates or reimburse charges imposed by customs authorities.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please confirm that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@chasmaskin.com.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED ORDERS

Chasma Skin is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, severe weather or other circumstances outside our control. However, if your tracking information has not updated or your package appears to be lost, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier investigation.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within seven days of delivery. Please include your order number and photographs of the products, shipping package and shipping label. Retain all packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

RETURNED OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Orders returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal or unpaid duties may be refunded once received by Chasma Skin, less the original shipping cost, return shipping charges and any non-refundable duties or fees.
